Heritage Wheat (July 2026)
Turkey Red, Heirloom Hard Red Winter Wheat. This variety came to the Midwest from Ukraine in the 1800’s. Use for all-purpose flour in muffins and cookies. Combine with bread flour for more flavorful breads.
Pasture-Raised Eggs (June 2026)
Raised on grass and moved daily. Diverse grain mix ration from Wisconsin grain mill.
Grass-fed Beef/Lamb ( 2027)
100 % Grass-fed beef and lamb. Raised on pasture, moved daily using managed grazing
